Honoring nurses during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Heroes Never Die was commissioned by Times Square Arts Alliance and For Freedoms to be featured on the mega screen in Times Square. The art will be featured in the upcoming For Freedoms collection of political billboards, to be published by Monacelli Press in 2024.

“Heroes Never Die” was originally created for Times Square as part of the “Messages for the City” project, honoring nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Originally an animation, the piece has since been shown in 1,800 locations across the five New York City boroughs, Chicago, Boston, and the Mint Museum in Charlotte, NC.
